Very nice...

Very nice of EWQLSO, if I do say so myself! (I know the sound of those samples like the back of my hand.) My only recommendation would be to take advantage of more of the included articulations for certain string passages, where the switching between notes sounds either awkward or late, as well as general realism for all instruments. Of course, the amount of articulations you can use depends on which version of EWQLSO you have, so I don't think that's too big of a deal right now.

I definitely like this piece, good atmosphere and solid pacing - I feel it could use more Brass though, maybe a French Horn or some trombones in the climactic/louder sections.

Keep it up!!

I like my song, but I don't think, that there are some brasses needed. That would destroy the atmosphere.
I wanted to sound it "magical".
The don't wanted to change the strings or the attack, I've chosen them wisely, because of the atmossphere.

You're right, it's EWQLSOG, you got trained ears I see...
Thanks for the effort to review my song!

Good pattern, but far too repetetive

The main "loop" of chords and melodies overtop that continues throughout the song is pretty good and sets a strong mood, but the problem is just that - it loops. Way too much. While you've done a lot of variation in what happens overtop those main chords, the problem is that it lacks any real change or dynamics (in terms of volume, tempo, phrasing etc.) since it just sounds like more of the same for 5 minutes.

The beat was a nice touch, but again, something new should have been introduced along with it, rather than the beat just coming in on top of what we've already heard. While throwing a beat on top of a section of music that was just played is a popular musical tactic, it is by no means a good one and instead seems like just a way to gain mileage out of a song.

You've definitely got the compositional skill to make a great, more varied piece, so hopefully my criticism has been helpful! Keep it up and keep composing, symphonic music is the best!

P.S. To all the commenters - while this is in the "Classical" category, it's not actually Classical music! It's symphonic, it's orchestral, no doubt, but Classical denotes a certain compositional style, and usually (but not always) certain time periods from which the music comes. This is more along the lines of a movie soundtrack, which is still by all means a good thing !

Great Atmosphere!

Nice chordal progressions and use of harp arpeggio to set the tone. While the orchestration I found a little basic/repetetive, the song was still very interesting and established a mood and style that I tend to enjoy in orchestral music, and the flow remained strong throughout. The atmosphere was quite strong as well (lots of reverb in a mysterious-sounding piece tends to do that eh?) Keep it up, this is great (and VERY listenable for anyone of different musical tastes, I'd argue).
I hope this review is useful to you as you continue to compose.

BTW, I'm always up for collaboration if you're interested at some point (I am a new submitter so my songs haven't shown up yet if you're wondering)
